this couple was digging into their eyes, fishing for something, for minutes. i watched and watched and couldn't figure out if they really had stuff stuck in their eyes or were just acting. it was a very interesting sight! people would pass, nobody would notice, except me. i probably shot like 20 pictures before they finally moved along.
nice to see this one here, as i thought and said this is my fav from your website.
btw i read your 2nd journal, yes i wish all could spend more time here, but there is too much other work to do when photography is a just hobby for someone but not a profession.. anyway, cheers,
haha yes i thought of you when i posted
i understand where you are coming from.. those thoughts were directed towards the people who do spend lots of time on the site.
haha thats really weird- i like the story... love black and white photography
i like how the 2 people are in focus and the others blurry, makes it seem like you've captured them in their own private moment. i thikn the level of detail in the foreground (the bikes) are a little distracting, but its not too bad, it just draws away from the couple.
i wonder what was going on... maybe they were crying and trying to cover it up... i know my boyfriend does that sometimes in sad/mushy movies.... trying to pretend he doesnt cry.... such a crock!

i'm sure it could use some more work, but i'm failry pleased at where it is right now. it's just a simple street shot, i don't want to get too fancy with it.. sometimes that takes me out of the moment. i felt like maybe boosting the contrast, but i like where the two subjects are at right now. the bg is kind of down in comparison, and i like how that makes them stand out a touch more. if anything, that lone bike behind them is bothersome. did you have anything specific in mind? short of revealing any trade secrets, of course!
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
